Using perle cotton or floss, form five spokes of even length sharing a single central hole. With the ribbon, come up in the center of the spokes and weave over and under the spokes. Keep the ribbon loose and allow it to twist gently. Continue weaving the ribbon in and out until the spokes are covered.
