Cylinda Mathews began her designing career in the mid 1980's in her quest for unique crochet patterns. Enjoying the look of vintage type projects facilitated the need to design objects of beauty. Some of Cylinda's first designs included angels which she sold in her home town where she grew up.
In 1997 Crochet Memories was founded where Cylinda specializes in sculpted home décor patterns for hats, angels, baskets, fans, and pattern sets. Crochet Memories provides the perfect venue for designing beautiful crochet patterns for the home in a variety of mediums.
Cylinda resides in Southern California with its mild temperatures and sunny weather which provide a great backdrop for designing and working from home. When she's not designing she's usually wearing one of the other hats in maintaining the business, but when she relaxes you'll find her curled up with a good mystery.
