How to utilize QuickTime video for Macintosh users

If you have a slower connection speed to the Internet, such as 33.6 kbps or less,
you may find that some of the videos will take several minutes to load. If you
would prefer to not have the videos automatically load into your cache, please change your settings in QuickTime to reflect your download speed and your preference not to AutoPlay the videos. Below are screen shots of how your settings windows might look.

Once you have your QuickTime preferences set-up and the video
loads into the page, you can play the video by clicking on the arrow
in the bottom left corner of the video screen, as shown below.

We recommend waiting for the entire video to load before playing.
