On my last order a product was backordered. When will this item be available to ship?
Most backordered items are received in our warehouse within 30 days of the date orders are placed. If there is delay in receiving the product, we will notify you by mail or e-mail, if you have furnished us an e-mail address. If it has been more than 30 days since you placed an order for a backordered product, and you have not received notification when the product will be in stock, please complete our online form or e-mail us at Customer_Service@AnniesAttic.com.
